We’re thrilled to welcome you to our Carnival Weekend in Oslo — a four-day celebration of music, dance, and culture, hosted by Oslo Sambaskole and Samba Explosion. Whether you’re here for the samba, the energy of our city, or the community spirit, we’re excited to have you join us!
The main event is the World Carnival Parade, organized by Verdensfolk, on Saturday 31 May, but the entire weekend is filled with activities, rehearsals, shared meals, live performances, and pagode. We hope you’ll enjoy every second of it.

Friday May 30th

- Meet up at Sofienberg Kirke to register for the carnival and help setting up equipment

- We will start the barbeque and put som meet on and play samba while waiting for the food to be ready
